In any case, to get the Blue Monsoon bikini in Stellar Blade, you have to go to the southeastern part of the Great Desert region. There, you’ll see the ruins of a freeway. If you’re approaching from the southern part (i.e. near the Solar Tower), you’ll realize there’s no way to get to the top.
The idea now is to follow the freeway as it winds to the north. Eventually, you’ll see a sloping section that you can climb. Continue along the road until you spot a bus. Shoot the explosive barrels to cause it to fall down, giving you a means of crossing the gap.
